3. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

Payment Terms:

• An advance payment (typically 30-50%) is required to confirm bookings
• Balance payment must be made before the tour departure date
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refund amounts are calculated as follows:

For Char Dham helicopter services, different cancellation policies apply as per aviation regulations.

5. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents:

• Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID)
• Required permits for restricted areas
• Valid passports and visas for international tours
• Medical fitness certificates where required

6. Health and Safety

Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements at the time of booking. For pilgrimage tours involving high altitudes:

• Consult a doctor before undertaking the journey
• Carry necessary medications
• Follow the guidelines provided by our team
• Inform us of any health issues immediately

7. Traveler Conduct

Travelers are expected to:

• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious sentiments
• Follow the tour guide's instructions
• Maintain punctuality for scheduled activities
• Not engage in any illegal activities
• Take care of personal belongings

8. Limitation of Liability

Vedatour and Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural calamities, or government orders
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Health issues arising during the tour
• Third-party service provider failures beyond our control
• Changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, war, or terrorism. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule the tour.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Vedatour and Travels and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

11. User Accounts

When you create an account on our website:
